Sudan have two sea ports plus three dry ports and one free zone.
Port Sudan
Port Sudan is the main port of the Sudan cosnist of four sectors handles the range of ,
Containers,cars, steel, ore, cement/clinker, general cargo, RoRos and tanker vessels.
Sawakin [Osman Digna ] port
The second port of the Sudan about 60 km Port Sudan south
handles passengers , general cargo,livestock ,roro, gas and small tanker ships.
Ports working hours:
24/ 7, Friday and Saturdays are the weekend and working on Friday on overtime basis .
Working in third shift on overtime basis also and compulsory some type of goods.
First shift: 0730-1430.
Second shift : 1500-2200.
Third shift : 2300-0500.
